Sampling

We detect radioactive contamination in metallic scrap, ores and metallurgical residues.

Perform analyses in all common metal, precious metal, ore and concentrate matrices using appropriate adapted sample preparation and work-up techniques such as:

• Grinding and crushing technology by means of jaw and pendulum roll crushers, hammer impact mill, ball mill, vibrating cup mill
• Vibrating sieve technology
• Melting and remelting process in gas melting furnace/electric muffle furnace
• classical analytical methods, Dokimasi
• Final determination using instrumental analytical methods such as, flame AAS, ICP-OES

Intensive, long-term cooperation with national analytical laboratories

Carrying out own sampling and sampling controls as an independent sworn expert in:

• Customs bonded areas of the German free ports
• Refineries and precious metal processing plants both nationally and in other European countries
• Recycling and reprocessing plants
• Smelters and smelters mainly in the aluminum and copper processing sectors
• all renowned smelting works in Europe
• national and international port and ship unloading facilities mainly ore and concentrate cargoes

• University studies in the chemical engineering department.
• Over 25 years of practical experience in sampling and analysis of environmental matrices, metals, ores and metallurgical residues, using state-of-the-art instrumental-analytical measuring instruments such as HPLC, LC, AAS, ICP, ICP-MS

• continuous participation in national and international analytical laboratory ring tests, e.g. for metals, heavy metals (GDCH, GDMB)
